The Seeds (Registration, Licensing and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2A), 2(1), 2(2) and (3), 7(2) and (3) and 9(2) and (3) of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 (the 1965 Act)2 and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel with regard to the licensing fee for licensed testing establishments and authorising the charging of fees for the services given at the official testing station.
