The Health and Personal Social Services (Prescribing and Charging Amendments Relating to Pandemic Influenza) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 57D, 98 and 106(b) of, and Schedule 15 to, the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 19722 and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel insofar as they relate to Charges for Drugs and Appliances.
