The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 37(1)(a) and (b), 38(1), (2) and (3), 39(2), 41(1) and (5), 42(2), 43(1) and (5), 44(2), 47(1) and (5), 48(1) and (2) and 61(1) of, and paragraphs 19(1)(b) and 21 of Schedule 1 to, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007(1).
