The Provision of Services (Insolvency Practitioners) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment1, being a Department designated2 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19723 in relation to insolvency, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by that section and by Articles 348A, 349, 351, 352 and 363 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 19894.
