The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 5) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(j), (l) and (m) and 165(1) and (4) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, and now vested in it2, and section 19(2) of, and paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 1 to, the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 20023.
