Health marking etc. of certain meat and meat products4

A person shall not use any colour for the purpose of the health marking required by Article 5.1(a) of Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin16 or any other marking required on any meat product, other than the permitted colours—

a

E155 Brown HT;

b

E133 Brilliant Blue FCF;

c

E129 Allura Red AC; or

d

an appropriate mixture of (b) and (c).
