SCHEDULE 1N.I.SPECIFIED FEED LAW

  • Part IV of the Agriculture Act 1970, in so far as it relates to animal feeding stuffs

  • The Feeding Stuffs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

  • The Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

  • The Official Feed and Food Controls Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 in so far as they relate to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety as amended, extended or applied at the date of making of the Official Feed and Food Regulations (Northern Ireland 2009) in so far as it relates to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on additives for use in animal nutrition as amended, extended or applied at the date of making of the Official Feed and Food Regulations (Northern Ireland 2009)

  • Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules as amended, extended or applied at the date of making of the Official Feed and Food Regulations (Northern Ireland 2009) in so far as it relates to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene as amended, extended or applied at the date of making of the Official Feed and Food Regulations (Northern Ireland 2009)

  • Regulation (EC) 669/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin and amending Decision 2006/504/EC, in so far as it relates to feed.
