Amendments to the Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007
25.—(1) The 2007 Regulations are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In regulation 2(1) —
(a)omit the definition of “the 2008 Regulations”; and
(b)after the definition of “sell” insert the following definition —
“”the 2009 Regulations” means the Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009;”.
(3) In regulation 10(4), for “2008”substitute “2009”.
(4) In regulation 11(5), for “2008” substitute “2009”.
