4.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) The Seed Potatoes (Crop Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1); and

(b) The Seed Potatoes (Crop Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(2).
