Appointment of provisional bank administrator44
If the court makes an order appointing a provisional bank administrator the court shall—
a
notify the Bank of England;
b
send 4 copies of the order to the person appointed (by email if possible); and
c
send a copy of the order to any administrative receiver of the bank.
