Amendment of regulation 93

19.  In regulation 93(1A)(Loss of rights to benefits)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “widower” insert “, surviving nominated partner”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i) after “notice” insert “or nomination”, and

(ii) for “22(3A)” substitute “22”.
