Amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (Closed Schemes) Regulations N.I.

6.  In paragraph 1 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Pension Protection Fund (Closed Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) (valuation of the assets, the full scheme liabilities and the protected liabilities in relation to a closed scheme) in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant accounts” for “a true and fair value” substitute “a true and fair view”.
