The RBSO or a committee may appoint a sub-committee to consider and report to the RBSO or, as the case may be, the committee on any matter within the competence of the RBSO or the committee.

References in these regulations to a sub-committee are to a sub-committee appointed under paragraph (1).

A sub-committee may include persons who are not members of the RBSO or the committee which appoints the sub-committee.
