7. From and including 14th April 2010 for “£53∙10” referred to in paragraph 2(6)(c) of Schedule 8 to the Contributions and Benefits Act(1) (maximum weekly rate of lesser incapacity allowance supplementing workmen’s compensation) substitute “£53∙90”.
