The Department shall be the competent authority for the purposes of Title II of Regulation 1760/2000 F2as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council , Commission Regulation 1825/2000, F1Article 78 of, and Part I of Annex VII to, Regulation (EU) 2013; and Commission Regulation 566/2008 F3as last amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 565/2013 .
