3. The Department shall be the competent authority for the purposes of Title II of Regulation 1760/2000 [F1as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council] , Commission Regulation 1825/2000, [F2Article 78 of, and Part I of Annex VII to, Regulation (EU) 2013;] and Commission Regulation 566/2008 [F3as last amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 565/2013] .
