Amendment of the 2002 RegulationsI13
Regulations 4 to 6 have effect in relation to the 2002 Regulations to the extent that the 2002 Regulations continue in force by virtue of the F1Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 .
