The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment1 is a Department designated2 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19723 in relation to measures relating to the conditions for granting and using authorisations for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbons.
The Department makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.
