Explanatory Note

This Order provides for the taking of a census for Northern Ireland on 27th March 2011. The Order specifies the persons by whom and with respect to whom the census returns are to be made and sets out the particulars to be stated in the returns. No impact assessment has been produced for this Order as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
