Amendment of regulation 7

17.  In paragraph (1) of regulation 7 (Meaning of “pensionable service”)—

(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(b)after sub-paragraph (c), add—

  • “; and

    (d)

    any period of pensionable service the member is entitled to count under Chapter 10 of this Part.”.
