Coming into operation in accordance with Article 1
The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 7(1) and (3) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 19771.
In accordance with Article 7(4)2 of that Order it has taken into consideration estimates of the amounts required to be raised by district rates.
