The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(1) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 20071.
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform (2007 Act) (Commencement No. 8) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into operation of paragraphs 7 and 8 of Schedule 4 to the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (transition relating to Part 1) and section 29 of that Act in so far as relating to those paragraphs is 9th September 2010.
