32.—(1) Regulation 14 (retirement) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(c) omit “or”.
(3) At the end of paragraph (1)(d) insert—
“or
(e)leaving the police service on joining NPIA as an employed constable of NPIA.”.
