Consequential amendments4
In consequence of Article 3 section 25(2) of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph (a) for the words “Department of the Environment” substitute “Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister”;
b
in paragraph (b) for the words “Department of the Environment” substitute “Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister”.
