Amendment of Schedule 11 (mid-year changes)

24.  In Schedule 11—

(a) in Part 2, paragraphs 4(a) and 5(b), for “Schedule 8”, substitute “Schedule 9”;

(b) in Part 3, in paragraph 19(b), omit “and for this purpose the requirement in regulation 7(4)(e) shall not apply”.
