Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations N.I.

3.  In regulation 7 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) (evidence and information) in paragraph (4)(2) for “is aged not less than 60”, substitute “has attained the qualifying age”.
