Amendments to the Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 N.I.

59.  In regulation 47(2)—

“(1) For “Article 7” substitute “Article 28”; and

(2) Omit “and Article 6(1) of the Hazardous Waste Directive”.
