Amendment of to the Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations N.I.

10.—(1) The Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) Consequential Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 6 (income support-transitional arrangements) omit paragraphs (6) and (7)(2).

(3) In regulation 7 (jobseeker’s allowance-transitional arrangements) omit paragraphs (5) and (6)(3).
