Amendment of Social Security (Work-Focused Interviews) Regulations N.I.

11.  In regulation 3 of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (continuing entitlement to a specified benefit dependent on an interview) for paragraph (5A)(2) substitute—

“(5A) In this regulation “relevant interview” means an interview under these Regulations in relation to the lone parent’s current award of the specified benefit.”.
