section 26(1) (contracting out functions under Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995) in so far as is necessary for the purposes of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Article;

section 26(2), but only in so far as it confers power to make regulations under Article 22E(3) of the 1995 Order (contracting out) in relation to the functions of the Department and the Department for Employment and Learning under regulations under Article 19A (schemes for assisting persons to obtain employment: “work for your benefit” schemes etc.) of the 1995 Order, and

section 26(2) in so far as it relates to Article 22E(4) to (12) of the 1995 Order, but only in so far as those provisions apply in connection with or for the purposes of regulations under Article 22E(3) of the 1995 Order in relation to the functions of the Department and the Department for Employment and Learning under regulations under Article 19A of the 1995 Order.
