15. In Article 140(1) (exclusion of right: qualifying period of employment) in paragraph (3) (cases where no qualifying period of employment is required) omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (q) and after sub-paragraph (r) insert—
“or
(s)paragraph (1) of regulation 17 of the Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 applies.”
