3. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order is 1st September 2013-
(a)Article 18 (Access to courses: pupils in key stage 4);
(b)Article 19 (Access to courses: pupils over compulsory school age);
(c)Article 20 (“Applied” and “General” courses);
(d)Article 22 (Exceptions).
