No animal or genetic material shall be consigned to another member State, or brought into Northern Ireland from another member State, unless it is accompanied by—

(a)

the completed, signed health certificate required for that animal or genetic material in the relevant instrument in Schedule 2; or

(b)

any other document required by the instrument.

(2)

The consignee of an incoming consignment shall keep the certificate for 12 months from the date of delivery of the consignment.
