36.  The following are revoked—

(a) the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995(1);

(b) regulation 23 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2);

(c) regulation 20 of the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002(3); and

(d) regulation 18(2) of the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005(4)
