Remedial action

17.  The particulars relating to any works carried out by the licensing authority under section 106 of the Act are—

(a) the licence number (if applicable);

(b) the date of the works;

(c) the type of works undertaken;

(d) the name and co-ordinates of the location at which the works were carried out; and

(e) the reason for the works.
