The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(6)(a) and (8), 73(1), (4) and (5) and 165(1) and (4) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 M1 and now vested in it M2 .
