PART 1General

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions (2008 Act) (Abolition of Contracting-out for Defined Contribution Pension Schemes) (Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation—

(a)

for the purposes of this Part and Part 2, on 6th April 2012;

(b)

for the purposes of Part 3, on 6th April 2013, and

(c)

for the purposes of Part 4, on 6th April 2015.
