2. In Article 283 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1) (income payments orders)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (8)(a) omit “and”;
(b)omit paragraph (8)(b);
(c)in paragraph (9) for “and “protected rights” have” substitute “has”.
