5.  For regulation 33 (Persons chargeable in a representative capacity), substitute—

“33.   Sections 74 (Personal representatives) and 75 (Receivers appointed by a court) of the 1970 Act apply in the case of repayments due and payable by a borrower under this Part as they apply in the case of income tax chargeable to any person.”.
