Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Quality of Bathing Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2012.

Interpretation

2.  The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954((1) applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

Amendments to the Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008

3.  For Schedule 1 to the Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(2) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
