The Spring Traps Approval Order (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 12A(2) and 12A(3) of the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 1 and having in accordance with Article 29(3) of that Order consulted the Council for Nature Conservation and the Countryside and any district council or other person affected and taken into consideration any objections or representations duly received makes the following Order;
