These Regulations implement the requirements of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the 2010 Act”) with regard to the fees operators will have to pay when-
a
applying for an operator’s licence or a variation of a licence;
b
being granted an operator’s licence;
c
when a licence is being reviewed;
d
when an interim licence is being requested; or
e
when a certificate of qualification is requested.
The fee amounts are shown in the Table in regulation 2.
