The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(3), 7(3) and (4), 8(1), 9(1), 10(2), 11(3), (6) and (7), 13(5)(c), 16(2), 17(3), 18(9)(c) and (10), 20(1)(d), 27(1), 28(5)(a), 31(1), 32(3), 34(2)(a), 48(2), (3) and (4), 52, 53, 57 and paragraphs 1(7)(b) and 3(7)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 20101.
