Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 No. 318

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 10 September 2012.

(2) In this Order “the 1979 Order” means the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1979(1).
