The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 No. 355

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 29^th October 2012.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1).
