The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department makes the following Regulations—

1. a

   after consultation in accordance with Article 3(2) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;

2. b

   having regard to the matters in Article 3(6) as required by Article 3(5) of that Order (subject to the modifications required through the exercise of the powers in Article 3(4));and

3. c

   in accordance with the duty in Article 3(7) of that Order.
