1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, and shall come into operation on 14th March 2012.
2. There shall be added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 1st February 2012, the office of Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland(1).
