ensure that a pig is not accepted for slaughter if it is subject to a movement restriction notice served under article 19 which prevents movement to slaughter;

take reasonable steps to be satisfied as to the traceability and provenance of any pig presented for slaughter;

ensure that a pig is not accepted for slaughter unless it is identified in accordance with this Order, except in accordance with the conditions of a licence issued by the Department;

ensure that a pig is not accepted for slaughter unless it is accompanied by a movement document in accordance with article 14(1);

complete the movement document with the kill number.
