Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Health (2009 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Health Act 2009.

Appointed day

2.—(1) In so far as not already in force, the day appointed for the coming into force of section 23 of the Act (power to prohibit sales from vending machines: Northern Ireland) is 1^st March 2012.
