Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2012.
Amendment of the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004
2. For the Schedule to the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
Revocations
3. The Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009(2) is hereby revoked.
